On April 19, 2005, the Morgantown City Council voted to approve a lease with the Morgantown Theatre Company that allowed MTC to move to the lower, mid-level of the Metropolitan Theatre! Our new address is 369 High St. The MTC office faces High Street and the lobby and studio spaces are in the lower, mid-level of the Met. MTC would like to thank our many donors (especially The Mylan Foundation and the George W. Bowers Family Trust ) and the efforts of many MTC parents for making the renovation of this 2,790 square foot space happen.

As part of the agreement with the City, MTC will use the Metropolitan Theatre stage for its performances! The first performance at the Met was April 30, 2005, "Movin on Up!". Please visit our Performances page to find out about this semester's upcoming performances.
